Simple, Honest Load Pricing — Disposal Included

You pay for the space your stuff takes up in our dump trailer. Standard loading and standard household disposal are built into every price below — no surprise fees when the trailer shows up.

Quarter LoadA bedroom set, a shed’s worth, or a garage corner$199
Half LoadA packed garage bay or a couple rooms of furniture$319
Three-Quarter LoadMost of a small home’s contents$459
Full LoadTrailer filled to capacity$589

The fine print, in plain English

  • Heavy debris is the one exception. Concrete, brick, roofing, dirt, sod, and tile are billed by weight at the dump facility’s documented cost — we show you the receipt. We’ll always tell you before we load it, never after.
  • Some items carry facility surcharges (mattresses, tires, electronics, appliances) — passed through at cost, on the receipt.
  • Tough-access jobs may need extra hands. For hoarding-density material, long carries, basements/upper floors without direct access, or single items over ~150 lbs, additional crew is $45/hr (or $85/hr for two) — and we tell you at quote time, not on your driveway.

Bigger project? Every load after the first is $50 off!

The I.C. Treasure Difference: We Pay Attention to What We Haul

We’re not just a junk crew — we’re estate sale professionals with a licensed auctioneer on staff. Before anything goes to the landfill, we identify items with real resale value and offer to sell them through our channels (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, EstateSales.net).

When your items sell, 51% of the sale price comes off your bill. If credits exceed what you owe, we cut you the difference.

A franchise truck hauls your mother’s china cabinet to the dump and charges you for the privilege. We might sell it and hand you money back.

Considering a full estate sale instead? Some properties are better served by a sale first and a cleanout after — we do both, and we’ll tell you honestly which makes sense.

HOW IT WORKS

Three Steps, No Surprises

1. Call or send the form. Tell us what you’ve got — photos help. Most quotes take one conversation. Larger projects get a free on-site walkthrough with a written estimate range.

2. We show up and work. On schedule, on price. You point, we haul, we sweep up behind ourselves. Anything you’re keeping gets tagged before we start so there’s never a question.

3. You get an itemized settlement. Loads, any weight-based disposal receipts, and any resale credits — everything documented. Pay by card or cash through Square.
